This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then focus on Forward Folding Postures to ground your energy, calm your central nervous system and quiet your mind to prepare you for a longer meditation where we will tap into deep inner peace.

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then I’ll guide you into a series of Back Bending Postures to open the heart and let go of what’s no longer serving you. We will then flow into meditation and deep relaxation.

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then we will focus on Twisting Postures designed to massage the inner organs to help detox your body and bring you to a place of balance and ease. Then we will meditate!

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then we will focus on a Kundalini-inspired Detoxifying Sequence to clear any physical and emotional blocks in the body and create clarity and focus of mind. Then we will meditate!

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then I’ll guide you through my signature Shakti Power Vinyasa Flow followed by a deeply restorative Savasana!

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then we will focus on Spring cleaning of our vital organs of digestion and elimination. Then we will meditate!

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then we will focus on a slow but deep posture flow to prepare you for a longer, deeper guided meditation practice.

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then we will focus on a posture flow to release all tension in your body and mind to prepare you for Yoga Nidra – a deep yogic sleep.

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then I’ll guide you on a journey through the 7 Chakras or Energy Centers of the bodym ending in a guided, cleansing and healing meditation.
Tuesday, March 23
This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then I’ll guide you on a Yang to Yin Practice – a strong Vinyasa Flow to build heat in the body, followed by YIN poses to help you access the deeper parts of your body that need opening and healing. We’ll end with a guided, deeply restorative Savasana.

This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then we will have a Yoga Dance Party! You’ve been practicing with me for a while now… Let’s take a walk on the wild side and dance, shake and move our bodies! Let’s get Shaktified, then we will meditate!
