If a green smoothie isn’t cutting it, and I’m craving something creamier and more filling, this shake is it! The banana, almond butter, and raw chocolate combo is out of this world.
YIELD: 2 cups
3 to 5 minutes
- 1 large ripe banana
- ½ cup greens (kale, bok choy,
spinach, or any greens you have
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon flaxseeds or chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup Vanilla Almond
Milk, or Coconut Milk (recipes in cookbook)
- Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
- Serve and enjoy!
