The last week of the detox would begin this Sunday September 29th and ends on Sunday, October 6th. We would have a Mandatory Detox Meeting this Thursday (online or in Montego Bay) at 5pm to explain the 3 Phases and the 5 Pilars of the Sharon Feanny Live Fit Detox Program, give you your shopping list, and answer any questions. The cost for 7 days is US$150 if you are in Montego Bay and attending all yoga classes, or US$100 if you are joining us online anywhere else in the world!!

2½ cups filtered water (use more or less depending on desired thickness)
1 soaked pitted date to sweeten
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (not artificial flavor)
Rinse the nuts very well in a strainer. Place the soaked nuts and water in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth or bag into a separate container. Squeeze all the liquid out of the bag using your hands, so you can get all the milk out and disregard the nut pulp and nut fiber.
If you are in a rush, pour the liquid through a fine strainer (though you wouldn’t get every drop of milk out, the way you would with a cheese cloth). The fresh almond milk can be used immediately or chilled in the fridge.
